We are bringing a 15+ year background in business intelligence and supply chain management to the document services space!  As the founder of this company is a Jamaican immigrant who became a U.S. Citizen and is married to a Bosnian immigrant who became a U.S. citizen (and as of August 2026 became a Jamaican citizen as well!), plus a U.S.-born daughter who has attended school in Jamaica and also obtained Jamaican citizenship by descent, there are years of personal experience in navigating Government of Jamaica requirements and latest developments, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services forms completion and submission, and experience in sourcing certified document translation for even a rare language in a timely manner.  A remote office in Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica, allows end-to-end Jamaican document services that do not lose visibility once documents cross Jamaican borders!

Experiencing the difficulty locating a local notary without a multi-stop Q&A search through Atlanta traffic led to the decision to offer a better experience in the end to end process: more clarity, more visibility, more use of technology to make life easier, more organized service delivery for those who are homebound or otherwise unable (or just unwilling) to enter commercial stores with limited locations and hours, and the ability to book an appointment and make a deposit without the need for back and forth phone calls, texts, or attempting to navigate poorly maintained notary websites that are not user-friendly and not clear on what exactly all the costs and expectations are throughout the process.
