These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website (www.gamobiledocs.com), booking and payment portals, and mobile notary and document services offered by Georgia Mobile Notary & Document Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or using any of our services, you ("Client," "clients", "you," or "your") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not book or use our services and navigate away from our website.
GEORGIA MOBILE NOTARY & DOCUMENT SERVICES LLC IS NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
Pursuant to the Georgia Registration of Immigration Assistance Act:
We are a licensed immigration assistance provider, not immigration attorneys / legal specialists / accredited representatives of the Department of Justice (DOJ) / Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
No Selection or Legal Analysis: We cannot choose which USCIS form or legal path best suits your circumstances. You, the client, must explicitly let us know the form(s) you wish us to transcribe.
No Guarantee of Government Action: We make no representation nor guarantee that USCIS, the Department of State, nor any state or federal agency will approve any application or petition. Agency filing fees and postage fees, if applicable, are non-refundable charges paid directly to the respective authority.
We offer mobile, on-site, and administrative document execution services to businesses and individuals including:
Notary Public.
Immigration Assistance.
Passport & Passport Photos.
Apostille.
I-9 Verification.
Fingerprinting.
International Documents.
Certified Translation Services.
Mobile services are provided at client's location, including but not limited to home, office, coffee shop, airport, hospital, assisted living or other medical facility, tow yard / impound, county jail, state or federal prison, USCIS detention center or almost anywhere else needed.
We do not provide services to psychiatric facilities (this includes the psychiatric wards of hospitals and psychiatrist offices unless the psychiatrist is the client).
Deposit Requirement: All mobile dispatches and form preparation appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure the time slot and travel schedule unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
Balance Due On-Site: The remaining balance of your total service invoice is due upon arrival at the physical location prior to service delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
Staggered / Phased Form Booking: Clients completing multi-stage USCIS filings may book individual forms across separate appointments to stagger (“space out”) costs. Each booking requires its own deposit and balance settlement upon arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided where we cancel the appointment without providing the service(s) booked, where we do not arrive at the scheduled appointment and deposit has been paid, or where the client has been blacklisted and attempts to complete a booking again. Errors or inability to complete the booked service(s) on our part that are due to our own negligence or oversight will be corrected at no additional charge. Errors or inability to complete the booked service(s) on our part that are due to negligence or oversight on the client’s part are not refundable (e.g. having invalid or unacceptable ID at the time of a notarization or document completion; receiving a USCIS application / petition rejection due to not meeting the requirements of the form you chose). Refunds will be initiated on our end within 7 days but please note we have no control over bank processing times.
Medical Appointments Limited Liability: While we coordinate mobile dispatches to hospitals and medical facilities, clients acknowledge that we do not control the third-party medical service provider's policies and procedures, which means if an appointment cannot be completed on-site due to medical facility lockdowns, Client incapacity or omission or negligence, or a lack of facility staff clearance, the travel fee and any applicable facility surcharges remain 100% non-refundable. We offer convenient and efficient coordination of your relevant medical appointments (e.g. DNA testing, drug testing, vaccinations, immunizations) at your request. Georgia Mobile Notary & Document Services LLC operates strictly as an administrative concierge scheduler. We are completely excluded from the physical chain of custody. We do not handle genetic materials, collect biological samples, or transport medical kits. Our service is strictly limited to appointment booking via phone / email / medical provider web portal and administrative follow-up tracking for the client. All physical collections and testing are handled independently by certified, accredited third-party laboratory personnel.
Fraudulent Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Because bookings instantly secure a dedicated travel window and administrative resource allocation, Client agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute with their issuing bank for a validly enforced no-show, wait time cancellation, or invalid document refusal constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Georgia Mobile Notary & Document Services LLC reserves the right to submit this Agreement, your digital consent to this Agreement, digital access logs from our payment processor, and dispatch arrival verification to financial institutions to overturn fraudulent disputes. Client shall be held liable for any administrative or reversal fees incurred by us during a dispute.
Notary Stamp Seal Fee: Billed as a separate line item at the statutory Georgia rate.
Jurat Stamp Fee: Billed as a separate line item at the statutory notary stamp Georgia rate only if the document being notarized is missing jurat wording.
Travel Fees: Billed as a separate line item based on distance mileage tiers.
Surcharges: Facility visits (e.g. jails, prisons, ICE detention centers, hospitals, airports) and appointment bookings during premium hours are examples of services that carry surcharges and are billed as a separate line item.
A comprehensive but not all-inclusive price list is available in our official Service Catalog. Services not listed may be requested by the client during booking or contract negotiations and will have balance due custom-calculated.
Mandatory Return Guarantee: In accordance with Georgia statute, we will return all original documents provided by or prepared for you upon your request, even if there is an active fee dispute.
Wait Time: Appointments include a twenty (20) minute grace period upon arrival. After 20 minutes past arrival, the appointment is cancelled as a no-show and the deposit is non-refundable. Multiple no-shows can result in being blacklisted as a client and refused future bookings.
Invalid Documents / Refusal: If a notarization cannot be completed due to a signer lacking legal capacity, lacking valid government ID, acting under coercion, or refusing to sign, the travel fee and any surcharges remain 100% non-refundable.
As the client, you agree to:
Provide valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification for all notarizations.
Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information for all form completion transcriptions.
Ensure all signers possess full mental competency and are signing voluntarily.
Review all completed forms, translations, and application / petition packets for accuracy before signing or submitting to any court, government agency, or consulate.
Service Limitations: Our total cumulative liability arising from any mistake, transcription error, omission, delay, or service failure shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for that specific service item.
Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses caused by government or other agencies, processing backlogs, nor incorrect information supplied by the client.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Georgia Mobile Notary & Document Services LLC, its officers, employees, and independent contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your provision of fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents/information.
