Standard business hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time. We do not charge extra for evenings, weekends, nor holidays!
Premium business hours are 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM Eastern time and incur a premium hours surcharge. Premium business hours should therefore be reserved for severe emergency situations.
You can be almost anywhere for our immigration services because it is handled at the federal level not by state - you do not have to be in Georgia!
Our mobile services come to you whether at home, office, coffee shop, airport (e.g. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport), hospital (e.g. Emory Hillandale Hospital), assisted living or other medical facility (e.g. PruittHealth - Lithonia, Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center), tow yard / impound, city / county jail, state or federal prison, USCIS detention center (e.g. Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility, Stewart Detention Center) or almost anywhere else needed! Since we are a mobile business, we do not operate a customer-facing brick-and-mortar office.

Yes, we serve all city and county jails, juvenile detention centers, state penitentiaries, federal prisons, USCIS immigration detention centers in the state of Georgia, subject to mileage fee and facility surcharge as detailed in the Service Catalog.
We do not provide services to psychiatric facilities (this includes the psychiatric wards of hospitals and psychiatrist offices unless the psychiatrist is the client). See our Terms of Service for more information.
We do not meet at public libraries for paid services. We can meet at public libraries if you are receiving free help.
Animals must be locked away during the entire appointment in a physically separate area in order to receive service at your home.
Yes, we provide all services, with the necessary accommodations to lawfully complete the service, to physically and intellectually disabled people, minors, elderly, and others who are temporarily or permanently in a vulnerable state. All you have to do is be sure to provide the detail on what vulnerability you have in the intake form you receive after booking your appointment so we can prepare for the appointment proactively.
Examples:
You had a stroke and it affected your writing hand = following Georgia legal requirements to notarize a mark as the signature instead
You are deaf or hard of hearing = write the verification questions and have you write your responses before notarizing your form
You have a learning disability that makes completing forms hard for you = schedule a longer appointment (if one form) or multiple appointments (if multiple forms) so that extra time can be taken to read forms and instructions out loud to you and get your verbal answers to enter
We are not able to provide notary or witness services to mentally disabled people who are unable to legally confirm awareness of what they are signing and independent willingness to sign as required by law.

If you are in a severe emergency situation, such as homeless or destitute due to natural disaster or other sudden devastation not covered by insurance, we can provide certain basic services from our service catalog free of charge based on our fee-free capacity for the month and based on the info you provide on your free help application. Do not book appointments for fee-free services - we will schedule those for you if we are able to help you free of charge. All applications will get a response within 3 business days.
Please note our fees being waived does not include the document's source authority (e.g. government) and courier fees if any, which may or may not be able to be waived depending on where we are able to source the document through for you. Possible fee waivers for government documents apply only to US documents. There are no possible fee waivers for Jamaican government documents if the government authority lists a fee for the document.

STANDARD PROCEDURE:
Once you book your appointment, you will then get deposit instructions. Balance invoices are sent by email. Text notifications may also be received if you have agreed to receive text messages.
Organizations with services under contract will pay according to the terms of the contract at the contracted rates. Organizations booking service without a contract (ad hoc) follow the standard procedure above and pay the standard rates in the Service Catalog.

We are flexible within reason, from a retainer basis to net 30, with discounts available based on volume and payment timing.
Payments are not to be in arrears beyond 30 calendar days past the date of service at the very latest and it is expected net 30 are high volume, high frequency ongoing monthly engagements - one-off or infrequent engagements should pay proactively upon our arrival to provide service.
Depending on the negotiated contract, volume, and frequency, invoices can be emailed or a secure cloud repository established to aggregate invoices for batch processing.
Invoice payment should be via ACH or wire transfer but if a P-card payment option is preferred that can be arranged, and immediate payments can be made via our business Zelle account using the QR code conveniently located on our Payment Portal - just be sure to reference the invoice number being paid on the memo line!
